September is here, routines are starting again, and it’s the perfect time to get back into training. 🥋

Whether you’ve trained with us before, have been thinking about starting martial arts, or simply want to get fitter and more confident, we’d love to have you join us this autumn.

Right now, we are opening up our Autumn 6 Week Programme. This is designed for anyone at any level of experience that want's to give our club and training programme a try.

You’ll get the chance to learn about the japanese martial art of Aikido, improve your fitness, build confidence and become part of our club community.

And if you’ve trained with us before but life got in the way, this is your invitation to come back. There’s no better time for a fresh start.

Spaces for new starters are limited, so if you’re interested, here are your two options to get started:

- come along tomorrow night (Monday) from 7.30pm to 9pm to join in with our class. The venue is Palace Of Art, Glasgow.

Are you looking to try something new?

Do you want to get active, develop your fitness and your confidence?

Have you tried to work on your fitness but find going to the gym difficult to stick to?

If you are open to trying something a bit different then why not come along to our free Aikido session this evening at the Palace Of Art.

From 7.30pm to 9pm, we have a class that is open to all adults.

We encourage you to take part and wear comfortable exercise clothing.

You are welcome to come along tonight to give it a try.
