My healing journey had been a long one! - I had tried all the 'usual' things - some of which really helped but even then I always felt that I needed something more.

Until, Jessica Cunningham popped up on my Facebook feed. That's when I knew that Belief Coding®️ was the thing I'd been missing.

Fast forward 12 months - I have attended the in person Belief Coding®️ Facilitator training (I have never been in a room filled with so much energy and the most amazing people! - Jess and the BC team and the trainee Facilitators) and I am now an accredited Belief Coding®️ Facilitator and on my way to being an accredited Master Belief Coding ® Facilitator - helping clients to change their lives one belief at a time - just like I did! Belief Coding ® is a healing modality like no other.

It gets to the route of your limiting beliefs, allows you to process trapped emotions from an experience or a trauma that you are holding onto and replace these trapped emotions with new positive emotions and new positive beliefs.

I use a number of positive psychology and coaching tools including NLP, CBT and Kiniesology combined with eastern healing and work directly with your subconscious (which by the way runs the show 95% of the time - but thats another story).

Since I accredited in Belief Coding ® in September 2023, I have held over 100 facilitations and have helped clients with:-

So first lets talk more about what limiting beliefs are...

Limiting beliefs are the negative thoughts and opinions we hold about ourselves that restrict us from reaching our full potential. These beliefs are often deeply ingrained and can stem from past experiences, trauma, society expectations, generational behaviours or things you have witnessed as a child.

👉The problem with limiting beliefs are that they keep you stuck in your comfort zone, preventing growth and progress.

👉They can amplify your fears and anxieties, making it harder to take risks.

👉They can eat away at your confidence and self-esteem, making it difficult to trust yourself.

When I first started my own journey with Belief Coding® it was to heal myself. At first I wasn't sure about it, it felt a bit "woo woo" to me BUT as I worked through my training and accreditation, I understood more about the positive psychology tools used throughout including NLP; CBT; Kiniesology to name but a few. I also started to understand more about the body mind connection and how our body can hold onto trauma often resulting in pain in our body.

During my training I focussed on working on my own limiting beliefs that ranged from not feeling good enough; not feeling worthy of a loving relationship; not feeling that I deserved success and also the beliefs I had around a chronic pain condition that had fundamentally changed my life.

In the space of 3 months, I had:-

👉Reduced pain medication from 13 tablet a day to zero
👉Recovered from depression and came off antidepressant medication
👉Found my confidence and mojo again
👉Set up my own business to help other women just like me
👉Recognised my own worth, removed negativity from my life and found myself in a loving relationship
👉Lost just over 2 stone

Remember, the only limits that exist are the ones you place on yourself. Breaking free from limiting beliefs opens up a world of possibilities and helps you step into your true potential. 🌿

For as long as I can remember I wanted to have my own business, my vision was simple, I wanted to help women be the best version of themselves. That is still my purpose and it is something I am bloody good at.

One of the things I harp on about is the importance of reducing negative noise to allow more positivity to come into our lives. For me, social media can be a really negative place and it drains my energy - herein lies my problem - to market your business you have to be visible and consistent on social media and it was starting to impact me. So I hit the pause button...

Here's the thing: hitting that pause button is essential for our well-being and growth. 💫

🌟Reflection: Taking a moment to pause allows us to reflect on our thoughts and actions.
🌟Rest and Recharge: Our minds and bodies need time to rest. Pausing helps reduce stress and recharge our energy, making us more productive and focused.
🌟Mindfulness: Pausing brings us back to the present moment. It’s a chance to practice mindfulness, to be fully aware of where we are and what we’re doing.
🌟Decision-Making: When we pause, we give ourselves the opportunity to make better decisions. It prevents us from reacting impulsively and allows us to respond thoughtfully.

Remember, it's okay to take a break. In fact, it’s necessary. Hitting that pause button is not a sign of weakness; it’s a step towards a healthier, more balanced life. So give yourself permission to hit that pause button whenever you need to - it might only be for 10 minutes or like me, it might be for a longer period - but take whatever time you need 🌿

This may be controversial, but as women we don’t always take the time to process our emotions from a breakup, we focus on being there for others and being the strong one, but the reality is, by not processing our emotions, we are not giving ourselves time to heal properly AND storing up future emotional problems for ourselves.

One of the kindest things you can do for yourself is to take time to tune into your emotions every single day and process them. Let's face it, when we go through a breakup, we experience a range of emotions every single day. When we do not process our emotions, our body holds onto these.

Neuroscience shows that there is a strong link between the body and the mind. By not processing your emotions you are storing these up in your body to come out at a later stage, often resulting in pain in the body. It can also lead to your subconscious creating new limiting beliefs for you that can hinder you in the future. So, please don’t underestimate the power of tuning into your emotions, no matter how difficult or alien that might feel for you.
