That concludes our exam season.

Class of 2026 we are so proud of you. By logging on each week. Taking part and working hard even when it felt easier not to , we couldn’t be prouder. Some of the questions this year were hard but you were prepared and ready and the effort you showed us this year transcends any grade you receive. It is in the preparation you learn skills of creativity, curiosity and how to lead the next generation of Scientists and we couldn’t be prouder. Although we are rooting for you in August. We are off to Qualification Scotland now and we wish you a fun and restful summer. You’ve earned it.

Hi our National 5 Biology and Chemistry sessions are now live to book. £10 a session, online via teams and recorded. You do not need to be on camera. Lessons are taught by an experienced Principal Teacher and senior SQA marker.

You can attend all 4 session OR pick and choose what suits. If you cannot attend live if you book in you will be sent the recording to catch up. You will also have access to our password protected website with a plethora of revision material.

Higher Chemistry is known to be one of the hardest highers to pass. I'm so excited to announce that Brightminds mentoring are now running separate online unit 2 or 3 Higher Chemistry group sessions to best meet the needs of all of our learners. To my knowledge we are the ONLY group tutoring models to offer this.

For £15 a session, you get access to our amazing tutor, a very experienced Principal Teacher of Chemistry currently working in a high attaining high school with an amazing track record of getting those A and B grades in Higher Chemistry.

Cost/details of sessions
Our sessions are £15 per class in small groups and carried out by two experienced Heads of Biology & Chemistry respectively with experience as Senior SQA examiners meaning we know the exact standard of that final exam.
All sessions are recorded so even if you have to miss a session you can catch up, you will also receive revision notes, past papers & online quizzes via a login to our website all included for £15 per session.
A commonly concern is always do I need to be on camera especially with it being recorded. The answer is NO!! We want you relaxed so you can learn. There is always plenty of time for questions at the end of each session by waiting behind or via email we can offer one to one support each week too with homework and class test prep. We love questions.

Stories of Triumph

1. A child dropped to National 4 in S4 just got an A grade in Higher Human Biology in S6 and is away to their chosen university course.

2. A child told to drop to National 4 Chemistry in S4 just got a cool National 5 B and is getting ready for Higher Chemistry with us.

3. A child told to drop out of Advanced Higher Biology as they would get a No Award just passed AH Biology meeting their conditional offer from university.

4. A child who failed their National 5 Chemistry prelim just got an A in their exam.
