The postgraduate student representative Michael-Sam Jnr together with the VP for education (Strathclyde Students' Union) and Strathclyde Postgraduate Society are inviting all postgraduates to an online training support “Postgraduate Dissertation Support Amidst COVID-19”.

"Unfortunately the current situation has caused every student not to have access to physical books or library. During this session, invited facilitators will share some important tips on how to utilize the internet to successfully write your postgraduate dissertation."

This virtual session is scheduled to happen on zoom, 24th June, 2020.Time is 10am to 12noon.

❗️IMPORTANT❗️

After speaking with the Business School, I'd like to ask any student that is facing any difficulty to contact their department and let them know.

A lot of the future decisions will be based on the volume of students who have contacted their departments with any difficulties, so it's really important to tell them, in order to take these into consideration.

*Whether that is about needing extensions or just making them aware, they need to know how many students are affected to possibly act accordingly.*

🔸 Don't forget if you want to submit any personal circumstances you can do so on Pegasus, information on this was on an email sent to students on 26/03.
🔸 If you want to ask for extensions you can always do so on the submission page on myplace.

Hi Business School Students

I'm sorry to let you know that the business students' trips to Belfast and London have been Cancelled.

In light of the outbreak of Coronavirus we can't put any students, or people they come in contact with, in any danger; and following the union's and the UK government's advice, we've decided to cancel the trips.

I hope you can still enjoy your time as students regardless of the difficulties we know you're all facing. I'll be sending an email to all students registered to the trips about it as well.
