🌟 This class is low impact with high energy and fantastic vibes!
🌟 Its trending, stylish, and undeniably fabulous!
🌟 No partner required, get yourself in line for some boot scooting, toe tapping fun!

The Soulsa Light Up Tambourines will be available to purchase, these will be your own to keep and bring back each week! 💖
(I have very limited tambourines available to borrow during class on a first come first served basis)

🤩🥳🎉 woohoo Monday Glowteam! Absolutely fantastic work well done 👏 that was one super hot sweaty Monday workout to kickstart the week 🥵🔥💪🪩 thank you all so much for glowing and I hope you are feeling fabulous after our Monday Madness 🙌
Next Monday class is taking a short break and will be back on Monday 14th, thank you for your understanding 🤗 Next week Thursday will still be on if anyone can Glow Thurs instead 🫶 have a great week!
