Focused on their nutrition - Calvin was able to shred 9.2kg and looking so much leaner / healthier in his kilt for the wedding. Ailsa dropped 4.6kg in 7 weeks and looked absolutely shredded in her wedding dress👏⁣

The only way I’ve ever found that works for me to get in to this shape is setting myself a challenging goal and this forces me to stop procrastinating and put in the work.⁣

Diets don’t work, going to the gym 10 times a week doesn’t work - only thing that works for me is putting a date in the calendar and this forces me to stick to the programme I set for meal plans, training and cardio💪⁣

This team from Bootcamp decided start of September to be our first trial at an Elite squad… similar to our bootcamp but with added focus on their nutrition, macro changes and additional small group conditioning sessions.⁣
⁣
12 weeks of intense hard work and focus got this team the amazing results they achieved and we couldn’t be any more proud of the effort they put in!!⁣
