Alhumdolillah, Feeling blessed and grateful as I, reflect on reaching 3 Years of The Early Years Hub – Training & Consultancy Ltd.

As I proudly reach the 3-years milestone of founding The Early Years Hub Training and Consultancy Ltd , I’m taking a moment to reflect on a journey filled with growth, learning, collaboration, and deep community impact as it can be seen in the mindmap.

What began as a vision to support families and professionals has grown into a multi-sector, multi-national practice that I am truly grateful for.
Over the past 3 years, I have had the privilege to:

🌍 Deliver learning across the UK, Scotland, UAE, South Asian and African communities.

🗣️ Support people through multilingual communication (English • Urdu • Punjabi • Hindi)

🌿 Provide consultancy to organisations setting up Early Years provision in Scotland.

📘 Deliver qualifications through SQA, NCFE, TQUK, Open Awards.

👩🏽‍🏫 Teach FE and adult learners, helping them upskill, gain confidence and build careers.

🎓 Work as an Associate Trainer with respected training bodies.

🤝 Partner with universities, colleges, voluntary sector organisations & local authorities.

🧠 Support mental health as a Qualified Mental Health First Aider.

👶 Deliver child development, safeguarding, health & social care and parenting programmes

🌈 Champion diversity, inclusion and cultural understanding

🌉 Build bridges in the community, helping hard-to-reach families feel seen, heard and supported
