Day one in 🇮🇪 and we are sporting the mini kilt in homage to oor wee land and team 🏴😆🫶
YOLO THE F**K OUT OF LIFE!!!!
It's a comment I made on someone else's post... but we both knew it had to have it's own post 😆🙌
For a long time, I thought the goal was to be " healed"
To fix everything.
Process everything.
Understand everything.
And whilst that work absolutely matters...
I've realised healing was never the destination.
Living is. 🫶🥰
Because the real magic isn't just healing the parts of you that hurt.
It's creating a life that feels good to be in.
✨️Laughing until your stomach hurts.
✨️Booking the trip.
✨️Trying the thing.
✨️Having the difficult conversation.
✨️Taking the photo.
✨️Making the memory.
✨️Saying yes.
✨️Dancing crazy 🤪
✨️Being spontaneous.
✨️Collecting stories instead of excuses.😍
Because at some point I realised I didn't want to spend my whole life preparing to live.
I wanted to actually live it.
So these days, whilst I'm still committed to growth, I'm equally committed to joy.💯
🤍To adventure.
🤍To connection.
🤍To experiences.
🤍To squeezing every drop out of this beautifully messy life.🤗
Because none of us know how many chapters we've got left.
So YOLO the f**k out of it. 🦋😉
What's one thing you've been putting off that your future self might thank you for doing? 👇
Looking back, it's hard to believe how much can change in a few years. 🤯
Not because life suddenly became easy.
But because I slowly learned to trust myself.👈
To honour what I knew deep down.
To stop settling for a life that didn't feel aligned.
To take the scary step. Then the next one. Then the next one.🌱🚀
If there's one thing I've learned, it's that confidence doesn't come before the decision.
It comes because of it.🎯🎯🎯
So if you're standing at a crossroads right now, wondering whether to trust yourself...
This is your reminder that the life you're dreaming about is built one brave decision at a time. 🦋
If you're rebuilding yourself right now, I see you. 🤍
Amd I'd love to know, What's one decision you're grateful you made, even though it scared you at the time? 👇

For me...
Success.
I used to think it was about achieving more, doing more and constantly pushing for the next thing.
These days, I see it differently.
A peaceful mind.
Good health ( and no injuries 👀😅)
Meaningful conversations.
Experiences that make me feel alive.
Time with people I love.
Work that creates impact.
The older I get, the more I realise energy is a currency.
Where I spend it matters.
Who I spend it with matters.
What I spend it on matters.
Funny how life teaches you what really matters.
What's something you've changed your mind about? 👇🦋
For those of you who followed along with the cluedo riddles back in April for the surprise Dublin trip...
This was the answer to
" There will be a cornucopia of delights on Thursday and a lot of fingers on Friday" - obviously only the fingers bit .... how the f**k Lauren Robinson thought I was guessing that one is beyond me 🤣🤣
This is success 🫶 Time to book the next one 👀😝
This wasn't my first ice bath.
And despite what people think, it doesn't get easier.
Every single time I'm met with resistance.
Every. Single. Time.
The voice that says: "Not today." "Maybe later." "This is uncomfortable."
But I've learned something over the years...
Growth rarely comes from staying where it's comfortable.👀💯
That's why I deliberately put myself in situations that challenge me.
Ice baths. Sweat lodges. Ceremonies. Arrow breaking. Sky diving. Fire walks. Glass walks. Speaking on stages. Starting things before I feel ready.
Not because I enjoy being uncomfortable.
But because I've learned what exists on the other side of it.🌱
More confidence. More trust. More resilience. More life.
The discomfort isn't the point.
The evolution is. 🦋
Plus you meet the most incredible people along the way 🫶 shout out to Amy, Danielle, Kenny and the for this particular one 🙌🙌
What uncomfortable thing are you avoiding right now? 👇

What if 90 minutes could change the way you feel? 👀
One of the things I hear most often is:
"I'd love to come on a retreat, but I can't commit to a full weekend."
And I get it.
Life is busy.
Work, family, responsibilities, schedules...
Not everyone can take a weekend away.
That's exactly why I created Inner Sanctuary. 🦋
A space where you can experience the connection, reflection and reset that so many women find on retreat, without needing to disappear for days.
Just 90 minutes.
A chance to step away from the noise.
To breathe.
To reconnect with yourself.
To reflect.
To remember that you matter too.
Because sometimes the most powerful thing we can do isn't add more to our lives...
It's give ourselves permission to pause.

If you've been craving a little space for yourself, I'd love to welcome you there. 💙
"Your presence should do what applause never could .... shift someone back into their power."
Most people think impact is loud, visible, and validated by recognition…
but the kind of impact that lasts is quieter than that.🫶
👉It’s the moment someone stops doubting themselves.
👉The moment something clicks internally.
👉The moment they remember who they are without you needing to fix, force, or convince anything.
Real presence doesn’t perform.
It activates.💥💥
It doesn’t ask to be clapped for.
It creates a shift that continues long after you’ve left the room.
And maybe the real question isn’t “am I being seen?”- something a lot of people can get lost in. 💯
but “what changes in people after they’ve been around me?”🙌🤍
Who or what has positively impacted your life? Let's celebrate it loudly 🥰
selfworth healingjourney
We often think healing has to look dramatic... but sometimes it's the little signs that tell us we're moving in the right direction. 🦋
A deep sigh. A yawn. A gurgling tummy. The body finally letting go of tension it no longer needs to hold.
Small signs. Big shifts. 👀
Which one have you noticed recently? 👇
Today we're heading to Birmingham for our final competition of the season. 💙
At our last practice, we could have spent every minute drilling routines, fixing counts and chasing perfection.
Instead, we did something different.
We took a few moments for visualisation, helping our dancers see themselves walking onto that stage feeling calm, confident and proud.
Then each dancer had a sheet of paper with their name on it, and their teammates wrote positive messages about them.
🫶Words of encouragement.
🫶Words of kindness.
🫶Words of belief.
Because while trophies, scores and placements are exciting, they're not the reason I coach.
The same thing that drives me as an empowerment coach drives me as a dance teacher:
👉IMPACT
The confidence a child gains.
The friendships they build.
The belief they carry into other areas of their life.
The knowledge that they matter.
Dance teaches technique, discipline and performance.
But the lessons that stay with them long after the music stops are often the ones that matter most.
It's never just about the dance. 😉✨

If the world hadn't shut down, I honestly don't know where I'd be today. 👀
At the time, it felt like everything had stopped.
That things were falling apart.
But looking back, what it actually gave me was something I'd been missing for a very long time...
Space.
Space to think. Space to breathe. Space to stop distracting myself from what I already knew deep down.🙏
And what I realised wasn't just that I was in the wrong relationship.
It was how much I'd lost myself.👈
My self-worth. My self-trust. My confidence. My voice.
Leaving was one decision.
But rebuilding myself afterwards was a thousand more.
Learning. Healing. Surrounding myself with incredible people. Trying things that scared me. Exploring every healing modality under the sun 😆 Taking action. Making mistakes. Trying again.
Little by little, I became someone I trusted.
And that's the thing about change...
Yes, the unknown is scary.
But staying the same can be terrifying too.
Sometimes life gives you a whisper. Sometimes it gives you a nudge.
And sometimes it shuts the whole world down until you're finally forced to listen.😅
Honour what you know. Trust yourself. And move. 🦋
