β¨οΈOur Final Toolkit Session: Exploring TASTE π
Join us this Thursday as we explore the sense of TASTE to round off this block of KIWI sessions, and finish our Sensory Toolkit project! π₯

Focusing on movement and body awareness can be a powerful way to support sensory needs. Proprioceptive input (pushing, pulling, stretching, and balancing!) helps reduce anxiety, eases transitions between activities, and boosts focus and wellbeing π

Having 2 gym halls in the darker months at KIWI means we can dedicate a hall to being a sensory space π. We're enjoying our lights and shadows before the nights get brighter! π¦π₯π

As part of our Sensory Toolkit project, we've been decorating bags to keep our kits in π¨π
These bags will be filled with sensory equipment tailored to the individual needs of each participant - look how artistic our club-goers are! π₯π
