✨️Our Final Toolkit Session: Exploring TASTE 😝

Join us this Thursday as we explore the sense of TASTE to round off this block of KIWI sessions, and finish our Sensory Toolkit project! 🥝

Throughout this block, our club-goers have been exploring different sensory activities, helping us build an understanding of what helps them feel regulated, comfortable, and creative. We are very excited to be putting these personalised toolkits together! ☺️

✨️Join us this Thursday as we explore the sense of MOVEMENT and proprioception! 🌟🕺

Focusing on movement and body awareness can be a powerful way to support sensory needs. Proprioceptive input (pushing, pulling, stretching, and balancing!) helps reduce anxiety, eases transitions between activities, and boosts focus and wellbeing 😊

As part of our Sensory Toolkit project, we've been decorating bags to keep our kits in 🎨😊

These bags will be filled with sensory equipment tailored to the individual needs of each participant - look how artistic our club-goers are! 🥝💚

This week, we will be making and hearing SOUND as we continue to explore our senses 👂

We have noise-making toys and tiny karaoke! 🎤

We will also be painting bags to store our sensory toolkits 🎨
