Posture check🧘🏽♂️
It’s easy to slip into habits of compromising your own physical health to support another. We’re going to be of no use with a slipped disc ourselves! Making sure we bend our knees when lifting eases the weight bearing on our spine. Think of the ‘oxygen mask’ analogy on a flight- the cabin crew always instruct you to put on your own oxygen mask before helping others. If we are stable & grounded, we can offer our services from a place of strength. 💪🏽

Olga Bodgashinas new awaited book is out🎉 a prominent figure in the field of Autism Research, she shares her work & experience as a mother of a child with autism. I absolutely love her work-this book is aimed at parents but I think everyone should read it. Part of a series of short books, it’s written in laymen’s terms so it’s very accessible with an abundance of helpful info. I highly recommend.🙏

Yummy kale pesto! Super rich in antioxidants and a fab source of Vitamin C!
Blend all ingredients together (no need to cook the kale)- my kind of cooking!
Store in fridge for up to a week and use with pasta of choice❤️ my kids love the stuff & Seb is quite fussy😉
