East-West Bridge School of Martial Arts We are offering accredited Qi Gong classes
under the direction of Gordon Bryce who has had more than 40 years experience in martial arts training.

We are concentrating in a Qi Gong in 2021. I hope to teach practical self defence and harder contact self defence. I am looking for trained martial artists to share ideas, techniques and build up the school. I trained mainly in Karate and the Southern Preying Mantis Kung fu style. I also trained in Southern
Shaolin temple 8 feet pole. I learned the basic techniques of hand and half British broadsword.The SW of Scotland has great untapped potential for this tradition to take root here.

Four venues will be chosen to begin a course on Wild Goose Qi Gong this Spring and Summer, two in public parks in Ayr, one in Barr village and one in a park in Kilmarnock. More information and dates will follow in the coming weeks. Qi Gong works well on the whole body's systems, especially the internal organs and the body's electrical flow through the meridians and Chinese acupuncture points. It can, when effectively practised, regenerate the body's cells, body organs and helps recovery from long term illness and age-related failures-arthritis, stiff back, wear and tear on muscles and general tiredness post Covid . Join me, I am a teacher by profession. I'm now retired but active in martial arts and Qi Gong.
