PATRICK FARNSWORTH IS NO LONGER IN HIS BODY
It is with a very sad heart that I must inform you that my dear friend, Patrick Farnsworth died alone in his flat in Bulgaria at the end of February. He shall be missed by those who took the time to enjoy his company. He was not an easy man to know as he preferred to move around and appear in people’s lives only to disappear off for years at a time in some obscure place. As an example, he went off to teach English to the Bedouin in Bharain for several years only to remerge for a little while in the UK and then off to the Ukraine and most recently he returned to Bulgaria, a country he felt comfortable in.
Patrick and I began in Human Design at the same time. He met Ra and, like me, Ra found his chart extraordinary. It was: 8 Fixed Centres with an Open Throat.
When I was busy trying to establish a base for Human Design in the UK he suggested I go and teach in Sofia where he had met up with another ally who was well connected with networks open to the knowledge. That began the expansion of my teaching career and I cut my teeth in daring to teach new information about Human Design to the Bulgarians that were open to the truth and willing to receive the radical information that came out of me. It built my confidence and taught me so much. We had many crazy adventures which I will always treasure.
Patrick had a love of history and was incredibly knowledgable about the roots of our modern world. He also had a great love for old BBC sitcoms and enjoyed the silly side of English humour. A man who always had my back when I pushed against the limits and forgot the practical common sense that he always was there, as a sounding board, to deliver to me.
He was well loved in certain “watering holes” in Bulgaria. I remember him taking me to a hidden Irish bar that was only accessible through large peice of corrugated iron sheeting. I followed him up the stairs to the welcoming sounds of him being greeted by friends who also treasured his great sense of humour and often intolerance of the world. Despite him teaching foundation knowledge in Human Design and recognising its value, he preferred to watch the sport on TV and have a few beers with his chums. He was very open to esoteric knowledge but grounded himself at a survival level, even when he was rich enough not to have to. He was the first to alert me to the spread of the Leftist agenda which he despised. He did love to rant against whatever stood against his emotional and political principles. (49/19)
He showed me how a bad tempered Tribal energy can immediately broaden into festive contentment and good humour when the food arrived. Patrick was also the laziest man I have ever met. I’m sure he won’t mind me saying that, indeed he held it as a badge of honour to somehow manage to do the least possible, take the money and run. Ah! What a character he was! Now, of course, as a 5/1 there will be some that will not be sad to hear of his passing, as his Open Throat and Channel of Initiation cut deep into those he didn’t appreciate. But I found him to be one of the most extraordinary friends and valued our long, deep conversations over the many years. I will surely miss him. When Patrick arrived on the scene things got extraordinary fast and my awareness of his mystical potential taught us both so much, despite his inherent resistance to accept how truly unique and special he really was. I am quite sure many whiskeys will be raised in his name as news of his death spreads through the networks.
For those with the understanding of the Bardo knowledge I am happy to tell you he got home to his crystal bundle, as his body was not discovered for weeks after his death. So he will be back. I have no doubt we’ll meet again for more wit and audacious adventures in due course.
