I am a caterer, with my own business Where D’ya Get That Catering. This is Come Cook With Claire Cookery Sessions, I am bringing my skills to children to teach them how to make simple, tasty meals, a great life skill, whatever path they take in life, my classes build their confidence, help interact with other children in a safe & fun environment. The sessions are held in my kitchen, The Grange Kit
chen, Grange Road, Gillingham. Group Sessions are available for boys & girls aged from 8 years plus. These sessions run in the school holidays, usually mornings for two hours, the cost is £10 per child, per session. All food and equipment provided and the children take home everything they have cooked. Along side this I run One to One Sessions, whether as a birthday or christmas gift, as a well done or just because. available to boys and girls aged from 7 years plus, upto Teen/College-agers. The menus can be lead by the child or teen or I can tailor a menu for them. These sessions run in the school holidays, usually afternoons and selected Saturdays for one & half hours, the cost is £25 per child, per session. Children are highly supervised & have to understand sensible behaviour is essential. We will generally cook one savoury and one sweet dish, which they can take home to eat. I will teach the children basic food saftey during cooking, everything that the children make will be made from scratch, they will measure, weigh & hand make all produce and take it home to eat.
