Busy Bees This nursery is located in Gillingham but there are Busy Bees nurseries wherever you need them.

You'll find them nestled by universities, tucked close to train stations, attached to hospitals, and snuggled down quiet streets in towns and cities, perfectly placed for drop-offs and pick-ups. Some are based in small, cosy homes, others in office buildings - and we even have one in a converted church. Every nursery is as unique as its children, but whichever you choose you can look forward to exceptional quality childcare, NHS-accredited food menus, enriching curriculum and exciting environments that give your child the best start in life.

Sky’s the limit! 🪂 Louise & Evie from our Busy Bees Coventry Allesley Green took to the skies to raise money for BBC Children in Need 🥰
10,000ft up with plenty of supporters cheering from below. And one VERY nervous jumper! 😂
Louise loved every second… Evie? Not quite so much!🤣
But they absolutely smashed it, raising an incredible £2,400+ so far! 🎉

👏 A huge shoutout to Team Telford Priorslee! 
They took on the challenge of climbing Snowdon to raise money for BBC Children in Need and what an incredible achievement it was! ⛰️

After an unforgettable day of teamwork, determination and plenty of smiles, they’ve raised an amazing £1,772 so far... and donations are still coming in!

Last week at nursery, we celebrated Easter with lots of fun activities! 🐣
The children showed off their creativity by making delightful Easter bonnets, and our chef chose three lucky winners who received special prizes. The little ones loved the egg hunt in the garden, and our toddlers enjoyed matching patterned Easter eggs, which helped develop their matching skills in a fun way!

Last week in our Bombo room, we had a wonderful time celebrating World Book Day with a themed dress-up day inspired by Winnie the Pooh and his friends. 📚🐻

The children enjoyed wearing their favourite costumes and crafting cute 'Hunny pots' to take home, which helped enhance their hand-eye coordination and grasping skills. To make things even more exciting, they used magnifying glasses to search for hidden 'Hunny pots' around the room. 🍯

We also shared lots of lovely books together, making it a truly enjoyable week for everyone! 🥰

Our Bombo room has kicked off February with some lovely activities to celebrate the special people in our lives.

We've enjoyed using bubble paint to create unique Valentine’s cards for our loved ones and exploring our family booklets, which allow the children to identify their family members. To further our understanding of love, we've taken time to read our book of the moment, "Mr Men Love."

🎃👻 Rainham Busy Bees had a spooktacular Halloween celebration! 👻🎃

Our little bees had an amazing time getting into the spooky spirit! 🦇 From witches and pumpkins to tiny superheroes and ghosts, everyone looked absolutely fang-tastic in their costumes. 🧙‍♀️🧛‍♂️🧡

The children took part in lots of Halloween-themed fun — including lively music and movement activities, some spooky (but friendly!) stories, and plenty of chances to dance, laugh, and get creative. 🕷️🎶📚

It was so lovely to see everyone joining in with such excitement and imagination — we’re so proud of how confident, kind, and enthusiastic our Busy Bees are becoming each day. 🌟🐝

A big thank you to all our wonderful parents and carers for helping with the costumes and keeping the spooky magic alive! ✨

This month we have been celebrating Black History month, looking at some of the amazing achievements from the Black community throughout history.

Bombos room have been exploring our diversity book where we learned about lots of different people and what makes them unique. Across the nursery we have also been learning about Garret Morgan - the man who created the three light traffic lights we know today! His 1923 patent for a three position traffic signal was a groundbreaking achievement and an important contribution to road safety!

We created a road with traffic lights and discussed what the different colours on the lights mean. We encouraged new language for the children such as 'Go, Stop and Get Ready.'
