MedwayGo is the holiday activity programme in Medway, offering children a fun and safe environment to enjoy activities, a healthy lunch, and much more during Easter, Summer, and Christmas holidays. It’s a great chance for children to make friends, try new things, and feel a sense of belonging.
If you’re unsure whether you qualify for free HAF sessions, we would love to welcome you to our HAF coffee morning. Everyone is invited—just visit us at the Art Centre at the Academy Of Woodlands and ask for the HAF coffee morning. Come along and meet other families, and our team will be happy to answer your questions and help you feel comfortable.

🐝We are pleased to say WASPs Holiday Club is open for bookings and running This Summer from 27th July - 28th August🐝
🧒 Open to all children aged 4-11
👩‍🏫 Qualified, DBS checked staff
🎲🏏🕺🎨 Games, Sports, Disco, Movies and Arts & Crafts
🍌🥨🥐 Delicious snacks AM & PM (please bring your own lunch - no nuts)
💰 £30 per day or discount for the week / 10% discount for additional siblings
⌚ Open from 07:30-17:30

As you may be aware, we are expecting increased temperatures over the coming days. We would like to reassure you that our school building is air‑conditioned throughout, meaning children and staff will remain in very comfortable conditions during the school day.
If your children are attending WASPs 🐝and the temperature is not to high we will go out but they mut have a hats 👒🧢otherwise they will have to stay in

Hello all,

Please find attach a flyer for the pantry which runs every Thursday from 14:30-16:30.

I cannot express to you how fantastic the pantry is. A subscription can cost as little as £18 per month for weekly access to fresh food and other household products. I look forward to see what I will be collecting each week 🛍️

If you want a form, then please speak to Emma from Treetops who will help you with the sign up process.

Dear families,

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Unfortunately, due to low numbers, we must cancel the May half term holiday Club. We made this difficult decision thinking of your children's happiness and experience, as we believe it would not be as enjoyable for them if there were too few playmates. We understand this may be disappointing for you and your children, and we are truly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Refunds will be processed automatically. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the refund please contact myself or the art centre

We hope to welcome your children back for summer holiday Clubs and our new HAF program. I appreciate your understanding and support during this time.
