It's always great to learn multiple different disciplines. I had an amazing boxing lesson with an ex GCSE student of mine, Coach Thomas Horne, and I bloody loved it!

I haven't worked that hard on my own training in aggggeeesss. Just look how red my face is haha 🥵

I hope coach Horne can come and work with our Infinity students one day!! ♾️

As the summer holidays are coming to an end, we will introduce more consistency and routine into our training. 🥋

It's amazing what you can achieve when you put your mind to something. This photo was taken 10 years ago after I had lost 11 stone. Funny to think I used to wear those shorts!! Since that big weight loss I've focussed on having a healthy body and a healthy mind and I've managed to keep the weight off whilst also gaining muscle and working towards my goals of owning my own dojo... Wow I'm pretty proud of myself!!
