IMPORTANT NOTICE

As many of you are aware I have been battling illness intermittently over the past few months and had to take just over a month off recently, from early December. Thank you so, so much to everyone who has been so incredibly kind - and patient! I am finally beginning to feel more human and have been catching up this week however...

It never rains, but it pours. For reasons I will not bore you with I do not currently have access to the website, emails or cloud storage and the provider is being dreadfully slow at reinstating things. I don't want anyone to wait any longer therefore have set up a generic gmail account - [email protected]

Therefore, anyone who is awaiting a response please can you re-send your original email to the above address and I will deal with it as soon as I physically can.

Anyone who has sent work over for the AQA UAS which has NOT been submitted to AQA, I am terribly sorry but can you please send this again, to [email protected] - I have moved the next deadline to Weds 24th January to give you time, and will set up another deadline for the end of Feb also.

Certificates - I have received a few, which will go out tomorrow

ASDAN - I am working through this right now

**AQA Unit Award Scheme**

A reminder that today is the last day to submit registrations for this. The next date, and absolute final for the academic year, is anticipated to be early Jan 2024.

Anyone wishing to register, forms and payment must be made by Sunday 1st October. This is the final opportunity to join for the PDE Award and Certificate only.

**AQA UNIT AWARD SCHEME**

Registrations have now re-opened and will be processed Friday 29th September and Wednesday 4th October.

If anyone has units to submit, please do so by 4th October also - we need to have a decent "sample" size, as AQA moderate the first batch of the year.

Quick reminder that AQA UAS registrations will be paused from this weekend

Polite notice:

As most of you will know, I do the majority of the work at the centre, save for the IQA and some finance "stuff".

I have a mix of schooled and home-ed children, we currently have two weeks left of the summer holidays and I am also looking after my grandson whilst mum and dad work. As such, all emails are being replied to in the evenings and I am not taking phone calls at present.

Please be assured that all results are being checked, ASDAN and PDE work is being assessed/approved, registrations are being processed and so on...it's just a little bit slower than "normal".

All queries will be answered within 48 hours, but if it is urgent please do call and leave a voicemail which will be picked up in the afternoon/evening. Thanks so much for your patience :-)

I have had a lot of enquiries for AQA UAS, but not many people sending back registration forms and payment.

If you want to wait to sign up nearer September, this is fine of course! But if you are working on units over the summer in the hope you can submit your unit/s straight away when registering, you will almost certainly have them sent right back to you๐Ÿ˜ฌ

๐˜๐จ๐ฎ ๐ง๐ž๐ž๐ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ซ๐ž๐ ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐›๐ž๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ๐ž ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐  ๐จ๐ง ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐ฌ. This is because we need to show you how to label and annotate the evidence, how to fill in the summary sheet, and you need your learner number to do this!
