The countdown is on, and we can’t wait to welcome all of our wonderful families to the Napier Primary Academy PTA Summer Fayre! πŸ₯³

Come along for an afternoon packed with fun, laughter, games, delicious treats, fantastic local stalls, and plenty of opportunities to celebrate another amazing school year together! 🎈🍭🎨

This is a wonderful chance to bring our school community together, catch up with friends, make new memories, and celebrate everything our children have achieved this year. We can’t wait to see everyone enjoying the afternoon! πŸ’™

πŸ’· Payment Information
Please remember that all PTA-run stalls will be CASH ONLY. Some of our fantastic local vendors will also be cash only, while others will be able to accept card payments. To avoid missing out, we recommend bringing some cash with you.

Every penny raised at the PTA stalls goes straight back into supporting our school and creating even more opportunities for our children so thank you in advance for your support! ❀️

We’d love to see as many families there as possible, so bring your smiles, invite your loved ones, and let’s make this year’s Summer Fayre one to remember! 🌟

Message from school:

Just a reminder that Friday 10th July is a non-uniform day. We will be collecting items for the Summer Fayre instead of payment for the day, please see below for each year group’s request:

Year R & Nursery – A children’s book (this can be one you already own and wish to pass on, for a book stall)

Year 1 – Small child friendly items (bubbles, games, puzzles etc)

Year 2 – Small child friendly items (bubbles, games, puzzles etc)

Year 3 – Sweets for the sweet tombola (any type of packet)

Year 4 – Sweets for the sweet tombola (any type of packet)

Year 5 – A full, unopened bottle for the bottle tombola (any kind, non alcoholic)

Year 6 – A full, unopened bottle for the bottle tombola (any kind, non alcoholic)

Reminder – World Cup Day Tomorrow! ⚽🌍

This is a friendly reminder that World Cup Day is taking place tomorrow, Friday 12th June 2026.

We are looking forward to celebrating together as a school community, with children invited to wear the football colours of the country they support. It will be a fantastic day of fun, learning and celebrating cultures from around the world.

Important reminder:

* Entry fee: Β£1 per child
* Β£1 will be collected at the school gates on arrival tomorrow morning

Please ensure your child brings their Β£1 with them where possible to help make collection smooth and efficient.

β˜• PTA Coffee Afternoon – Our Last One of the School Year! β˜•

We’d love to invite all parents and carers to join us for our final PTA Coffee Afternoon of the year on Friday 12th June 2026 at 2:00pm.

Whether you’ve attended PTA events before or are completely new to the school community, everyone is welcome!

This will be a relaxed opportunity to enjoy a coffee, meet other parents and carers, and find out more about who we are and what we do as a PTA. We’ll also be sharing our plans and ideas for the future and discussing how we can continue to support our school and children.

Have you ever wondered:
β€’ What does the PTA actually do?
β€’ How does fundraising benefit the school?
β€’ How can I get involved?
β€’ What events are planned for next year?

We’ll be happy to answer these questions and any others you may have. There is absolutely no pressure to volunteer, we simply want to connect with our school community, share information, and hear your ideas.
