The aim was to capture their experiences and amplify their voices, helping to reassure and inspire other young people who may be considering accessing support but feel nervous or uncertain about taking that first step. The entire process was professional, engaging, and young person-centred. The young people involved were kept informed every step of the way, ensuring they understood the process and felt comfortable, valued, and empowered to share their stories. Digital Voice created a safe and supportive environment that enabled participants to speak openly and confidently about their experiences."
