We were very saddened to hear of the passing of Sir Richard Alston CBE

Such an iconic name in the world of dance and what a legacy he leaves behind.

Martin and Debbie Hylton have both had the pleasure of working with him in their careers and will always be forever grateful for his contributions to the world of dance and to them personally!

His advice to Martin as a young dancer was “Don’t give them what they want, give them what they need”

Rest in peace Richard

If you have ever taken class, received free space or support, opportunities or are just part of the Gateway family, please can you help.

Elijah was one of our first ever students and we are so thrilled to see his dance journey has taken him to a professional career in rugby! He still talks about all the memories he has of his classes and performances at Gateway. Still remembers the warm ups, stretches and discipline of dance.

He is so close to his target to travel to Sydney in October. Please can you continue to donate and share where you can

My name is Elijah Hylton and I am the youngest player this t… Debbie Hylton needs your support for The road to Sydney to represent Jamaica for my first cap!
