Gym splits

If you are looking to build muscle, you might consider a three-day split where you focus on chest and triceps one day, back and biceps another day, and legs and shoulders a third day. This allows you to target specific muscle groups each day, allowing them to recover while the other muscles are being worked.you may opt for a five-day split with two days dedicated to aerobic exercise and three days of resistance training. SO WHY INCORPORATE FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

Functional fitness is an important part of overall fitness. It is a type of training that focuses on movements that replicate everyday activities. Incorporating functional fitness helps improve flexibility, coordination, balance, strength, and stability. This type of training can help prevent injuries and improve performance in everyday activities such as walking, lifting, and carrying.

Add in some core work

Core work is essential in an exercise programme because it helps to improve posture, reduce back pain, and strengthen the muscles that support and protect the spine.

And finally add a hobby

Adding a hobby into your exercise routine can be a great way to stay motivated and keep your exercise routine fresh. Not only will it keep you interested in the activities you are doing, but it can also help you to stay active and keep your body in shape. By adding a hobby, such as playing a sport, running, or cycling, you are introducing a fun and rewarding activity into your routine. Additionally, by incorporating a hobby, you can mix up your routine and keep your body guessing by challenging yourself with different activities. This can help to make exercise more enjoyable and keep you motivated to keep up with your routine.

Today is one of them days for us.
We have a hundred things to do before to turn the light off and go to bed tonight.

We're off on holiday tomorrow morning so the 'to do list' is endless and to add fuel to the fire it's our daughter's last day at her nursey before to has to change to a totally new location and leave her friends behind. We are more anxiety and worries than she is...Well we hope.

But yes, it's not even dinner time and My head is ready to explode. I know there's thousands and people out there that can relate to this so I wanted to through out the 5 strategies I used to help reduce my stress and anxiety.
If I was to add a 6th it would be THIS, providing information and just typing away to help get worry out of my head.
