Our Business Development Officer, Olly, is attending the Early Years Conference, ran by Gateshead Council's Education, Schools and Inclusion team.

We can't wait to meet Early Years professionals and chat about all the different ways they can improve their staffing capabilities through apprenticeships.

Olly said: "People who work in Early Years are often surprised about how accessible apprenticeships are. Whether they need to recruit new staff or would like to enhance the skills of their team members, we're here to help.

That's why Bexhill Academy enrolled two of their teaching assistants on our Level 5 Specialist Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship.

That's why Tyne Tees Ceramics Ltd chose to take on an apprentice.

Owner Clare Craven wanted to invest in someone who could learn different areas of the business, grow with the company and become a valued member of the team.

Today, apprentice Owen is already taking on new responsibilities, with plans for additional training and development in the future.
