With First Steps to Fitness and Get Fitter you will get your body composition and centimetres tracked throughout the programme.
Receive nutrition advice and guidance and have access to an additional session (Power Hour) on a Saturday morning at 10.15am.

There are 2 spaces available on our 6am Get Fitter programme starting w/c 22nd June.
These spaces don’t become available very often so you’ll have to be quick to snap them up.
The sessions are 6am on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning.
So if you want to get fit for summer, drop a dress 👗 or trouser👖 size or two, if you’re a bride 👰♀️ or groom 🤵♂️ to be or if you’re just wanting to feel fitter and stronger then this is the programme for you.

First Steps to Fitness is ideal for anyone just starting out on their Fitness journey, just coming back from injury or if you’ve lost a little confidence.
With 3 x 30 minute sessions per week on a Monday, Wednesday and Thursday it’s a great starting point.

3 x 30 minute sessions
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday
A mix of cardio and resistance sessions
This is a perfect introduction to your fitness journey or if you are returning from time out.
