Holly’s Transformation Journey so far:
Initially, Holly’s biggest challenge was her mindset – perceiving everything as a problem and neglecting self-care, resulting in various areas of her life being affected.
Together, we delved into the root causes, identifying what factors were adding extra stress to her desired areas of improvement. We examined where she was directing her energy.
Through reflection and collaboration, we established a structured training schedule, daily work routine, and a tailored nutrition plan – the cornerstone of her transformation.
Holly’s Progress:
Holly now shares some of her reflections:
- On bad days, she acknowledges them as isolated incidents rather than letting them derail her progress.
- On days she is busy and ends up missing a training session it doesn’t discourage her; she simply moves on to the next one.
- If she makes poor food choices one day, she resets and refocuses the following day, avoiding the temptation to sabotage her efforts with extended setbacks or binge eating.
This shift reflects a broader perspective on her journey, emphasizing the importance of mindset over quick fixes like calorie cutting.

This is a interest post and seeing what sort of feedback / interest this would get in helping others, it’s a bit of a read but please do and share it. Thanks 😊
I am looking to make a huge difference to peoples lives in terms of all round health / mental health and well being not just gym related or fitness based. I am trying to look at the full picture so that you don’t just go back to the old ways and you change your lifestyle/ bad habits.
This is based on a 1:1 individual online coaching.
It would include looking everything in your lifestyle what you do day in day out. Lifestyle habits what are they and why do you have them. What you do for a job / routines external stress around them. Family life, Activities, what you enjoy doing and what gives you a sense of satisfaction/ good positives in your life.
I really want to try to help more people who are NOT just in it for a quick fix I want to help more people who are unhappy / uneducated on what they should be doing.
The problem with most things these days is it is hard to buy into something when you’re not seeing results all the time. Plastered everywhere you see loose 20lbs get your money back rubbish or eat this protein bar and suck this ice cube twice a day and you will change your life. People want to see a quick fix and fast results.
Results come with consistency and building up good habits not in the gym. The gym could count for 1 hour of a 24 hour period / day. Now that’s not a lot to go on for people wanting to change. It’s all of the little things you can do outside the gym which will make the big changes.
What I am planning to do is build you back from the ground up starting with the very basics taking one step at a time and making sure that we change bad habits, lifestyle factors and mindsets. This will be a long term process and hard for most people to see the end results but I can bet you, if you have started something before and you’re still in the same boat it’s because you have a block something else is stopping you it’s not the gym or the training it’s the other 23 hours of the day you need to be looking at.
In 1 years time do you still want to be in the same place or a completely different person ( happy with yourself ) with more understanding about food, nutrition, fitness, lifestyle choices good and bad.
Example. Chris
I have been working with Chris for 8 months now and the progress with his physical appearance is all down to the little things he is doing outside the gym.
Mentally is in a much better place with life, friends and family.
A better understanding on his own fitness & nutrition.
Felt like he was overweight and feeling unfit ( now is the fittest and strongest he has been )
Was in a toxic environment for work ( changed that and now is in much better surroundings)
Medication he was on ( doesn’t need that now because of all the other little things that has changed )
Now if I had of told him 8 months ago all of this would have happened it’s hard to buy into something you can’t guarantee but trusting in me helping him become a better version of himself, well the results speak for themselves.
