This afternoon Martin from the RNLI visited our Year 1 children. He talked to them all about Grace Darling to support their learning and prepare them for their upcoming visit to St Mary’s Lighthouse. The children also found out some important things about water safety and what to do in an emergency.

Today we celebrated the start of the World Cup with our Monster Kick About Day in school. Although a little wetter than we had hoped all of the children enjoyed showing off their skills on the football pitch with a wide range of skill based activities. Well done everyone on a super day and thanks to Mrs Chapman for organising including weather related back up plans. ⚽️🥅🏆🌧️

Well done to all of the Stars of the Week this week and our robot award winners. So many responsible robots this week. A special shout out to our Reception children who joined us for celebration assembly this week 🤩.

Early Years have had a great day at Tynemouth Aquarium. They explored the aquarium, enjoyed a rock pool workshop and watched a splashy seal show. A big thank you to all of the grown ups who came along to support. a fun filled day was had by all. 🐙🐠🐬🐟🦈🦞🦑

A big well done to last half terms highest point scorers who came this morning for a special treat of a cookie and drink. Keep up the excellent work everyone 🤩.
