We’ve got Jane from Yogawallah joining us! A qualified yoga teacher based in Gateshead, Jane is passionate about helping people slow down, breathe and reconnect with their bodies through gentle movement.

As I return back from China 🇨🇳, I thought I would share our latest schedule for our August classes!

We have our usual classes with a change of day for a few weeks and a park class. Watch out for pop up park sessions over the summer ☀️
