Wowsers 16 Misfit Fitties up and at it this morning with a 1000 rep challenge session all done and dusted by 6.45am 🙌🏻💛

The kids are going back to school and we are getting ourselves back to routine 💪🏻🫶🏻💛 the beauty of online sessions is we work just as hard as if we were in a gym or a studio but we are in the comfort of our own home and the extra time it saves us is so valuable when we all have crazy busy lives 💛

The summer may be drawing to a close but we are locked in and staying as consistent as ever 🔐💪🏻💛

You ladies are all amazing and I love seeing your faces on a morning and seeing you all work so hard, the buzz in the group after class is just the best, let’s keep motivating each other every single day 💛

14 of us up and at it despite the early morning 19 degree heat….. majority of us all peri-menopausal and sweating our 🍉🍉s off but we got it done lasses 💪🏻💦💦💦💦💦💦

Top marks for sweaty selfie goes to Michelle Rocks💦💦💦😍😍😍😍 you know you’ve worked hard when your clothes are soaked hahaha 😝😝😝😝

I love that new people have joined this week and some old time faithfuls have returned and straight into action and absolutely killing sessions 💪🏻💛

It’s been an amazing week of classes and we still have one more to go tomorrow lasses💪🏻💛

Huge huge well done to the Misfit Fitties who have just absolutely nailed their 4th 6am session of the week 💪🏻💛

It might be the school holidays and routines are all to pot but one thing that remains the same is our commitment and dedication to look and feel the best versions of ourselves and we are getting those classes in no matter what 💪🏻💛

I love that new people are joining and instantly loving the sessions, and the results from some dedicated members are UNREAL, I love receiving messages from members telling me how good they feel within themselves, how they finally feel confident in their bathers on holiday and how they couldn’t live without classes 💛

If anyone would like to join us it’s £18 for the next 3 weeks worth of training, it works out £1 per class….. absolute value for money as we work as hard as we would in a gym or studio. I am there through the whole class pushing and motivating everyone and ensuring everyone gives their all 💪🏻💛

There is absolutely no giving up for our Misfit Fitties….. we have even done an extra session this morning, that’s 7 seasons in a row this week ladies, huge huge well done 🙌🏻🫶🏻

I am blown away by everyone’s dedication and daily support in the group, you ladies are all absolutely incredible 🫶🏻

Absolutely huge well done to the misfit fitties who have trained all bank holiday weekend……. No excuses, only results 💪🏻💛🙌🏻

Ladies I am so so proud of the pure dedication from you all, just getting up and getting it done, taking that little time each day for yourself to feel better both physically and mentally 🥰🥰

Huge shout out to Christine Laycock who has signed up and straight into action 💪🏻💛 it’s like the good old days as Christine used to train with me about 15 years ago…… she’s baaaack baaaaby 💪🏻💛

Lasses there’s no stopping us, we have another new 4 week block starting next Monday and I’m loving the dedication of you all signing back up 💛💛💛💛

If anyone wants to join us it’s £24 for 4 weeks of live online classes, that’s 6x classes per week working out at £1 per session and the girls will vouch for me when I say we work just as hard as in a gym or studio…… if you struggle to fit a workout in then online might be the answer, it’s all about whatever works for you and what you can fit around our super busy lives as women. 💛💛

Eeeeeeeh my goodness I don’t know what to say…… you Misfit Fitties have absolutely smashed it this week, I feel like we’ve taken sessions up a notch 🙌🏻💛

5x 6am sessions done this week and no two sessions have been the same, literally mixing things up day in and day out 💪🏻🙌🏻💛

I love that new people have joined and just instantly loving the sessions……. and our banter in the group (IYKYK 😜❤️)

I’m so proud of you all for getting up and getting it done lasses, some of you have children round your ankles joining in which we absolutely love to see…… it’s the perfect way to get up and get a session in all before 7am, no childcare needed and we work as hard as in a gym or a studio……

If you struggle to fit exercise into a busy lifestyle then online training could be the turning point 🥰 if anyone would like to give sessions a try it’s just £6 for next 7 sessions of this block, a perfect opportunity to see if it’s for you 💪🏻🙌🏻💛

Yes yes yes……. 18 strong, determined women up and at it at 6am again this morning and smashing out a full body workout 💪🏻

Loads of boxing 🥊
Loads of upper body 💪🏻 & leg work 🙌🏻
Loads of abs 🔥
Fast bursts of sprints 🏃🏼‍♀️🌬️

Day now made and no having to think about fitting in a workout later on in the day and we haven’t even left the house 💪🏻💛

We train as hard as we would in a gym or a studio, classes are live, music is pumping and I’m there to shout and motivate the whole way through….. and everyone steps up every single time, I’m buzzing lasses, you are all MINT ❤️

That’s right, each block is 4 weeks long and includes 24 live classes for only £20…… we have new people signing up all of the time and loving the sessions and the results that come with it 🔥 🔥 🔥

I am absolutely blown away with the dedication from the Misfits Fitties over this Easter Bank Holiday weekend, we have trained Good Friday, Easter Sunday and this morning….. full classes with everyone absolutely going for it 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 we are the definition of work hard… play hard this weekend lasses 😜💪🏻💃🏼🙌🏻

The support in the group is amazing, we keep each other going and motivate one another to never give up 🙌🏻💪🏻 bloody love you all.

We have 5 more classes to go this week, if anyone would like to try our online sessions it’s just £5 for the next 5 session….. it’s an amazing little kickstart for anyone wanting to get back on track 💪🏻🙌🏻💛

We’ve got this ladies 💪🏻🙌🏻💛 summer is around the corner and we will look and feel amazing 🤩 ###xx
