Our next ASN parents meeting will be held at Balmoral Primary next week, where the focus will be on creating visual timetables to support your child at home. We’ll be joined once again by the SBC Outreach team who will be on hand to offer support and guidance. 🌟

We’re excited to kick off the new season on Sunday 23rd August and welcome all of our Mini Maroons back to training.

New players are very welcome too! Children from ELC4 to P7 can come along, have fun, make new friends, and give rugby a try, no experience needed.

Our new Primary 1 pupils will have their ParentPay fully activated tomorrow if the system does not allow you to order. Please do not worry, we will ensure all children receive a lunch. A little reminder that Primary 1’s can have a slightly later start and arrive anytime between 8.45-9am.

For everyone else, we’ll see you tomorrow at 8.45am!

🌟 First day of the holidays, and we are delighted to share that Balmoral Primary School has achieved the UNICEF ‘Rights Respecting Schools Bronze Award!🥉

This award recognises our long term commitment to putting children’s rights at the heart of school life and creating a community where every child feels valued, respected, and heard. 🩵

A huge well done to our pupils and staff for helping us reach this achievement. Particular thanks goes out to Mr Houston for his support and leadership too. We look forward to continuing our Rights Respecting Schools journey, as we start working towards silver next term. 🥈

We had a wonderful last day of term at Balmoral, that was full of laughter, fun and a little sadness. We said goodbye to some fabulous staff, children and families who have given us so much support 💙 we thank you all and feel very fortunate to have had you as part of our school family.

It’s now time to enjoy a well earned break and look forward to many more good times ahead. We hope everyone has a wonderful summer - stay safe and well till we see you in August! ☀️
