Are you Thinking Towards Tomorrow?

I recently planted these onion sets. The point I made at the time was that there were some benefits to in that I didn't have to wait until the weekend to plant them.

Look have they have grown. Doing the groundwork now, during , will like these plants, develop and grow to to their full potential.

The same thinking can be applied to your people.
