✅ FACT: Give them time to recover.

If someone feels faint, help them lie down safely and raise their legs if possible. If they've already fainted, check that they're breathing normally and allow them to recover gradually.

Trying to sit or stand them up too quickly could cause them to faint again and potentially injure themselves in the process.

⚠️ If they don't regain consciousness promptly, aren't breathing normally or you're concerned about their condition, call 999.
