Lots of lovely Level 2 learners at CLIP learning in partnership, all achieved a pass grade.

Nice to be back delivering classroom training, 6 weeks after a hip replacement & I am returning to normal.

Great Level 2 course yesterday in sunny Mablethorpe,keen learners engaged & on task all day,what more could a trainer wish for.Well done everyone ,great results - all achieved their certification!

It's been a busy few weeks,helping a farmshop update their HACCP, setting up a system for a coffee shop,reorganising documentation for new pub owners and training some lovely Level 3 supervisor candidates - great examples of sharing good effective practice.Along with some Level 2 food handlers refreshing their skills as usual.Happy Christmas to all who work in hospitality, hope you are busy when you hope to be and can enjoy some family time too.Roll on 2020.
