A gentle reminder that today is the last day of term. Tomorrow is a bank holiday! We hope that all our families will be able to enjoy some time together over the Easter break.

🩵💚💛A gentle reminder that we break-up for Half-Term today, returning to school on Monday 23rd February. 💛💚🩵

We have had such a busy term. The children have been exploring 'Change' and have had lots of fun in activities such as melting chocolate; making jelly and toast; making ice-lollies and melting ice blocks; and observing the changes of our seasons by experiencing the frost and snow that we have had. The children have really enjoyed all of the rainy weather too - lots of jumping in muddy puddles 😊
We have ended the term with celebrating the Chinese New Year - sharing the story and making, and tasting, lots of different Chinese foods.
Here are a few pictures of the Yellow Class trying their Chinese stir-fry and prawn crackers; and the After School club enjoying their spring rolls, bao buns and rice crackers. 😋

Reminder...
The incredible Years programme begins this morning at North March Road Children Centre. If you haven't signed up yet don't worry you can still join!
If you have a child aged 1-3 this amazing programme is for you!
The programme offers realistic and helpful advice to support the development of your child. It will give you the tools to manage those episodes of challenging behaviour and the opportunity to meet other parents who are experiencing all the same things as you! Even better biscuits and coffee!
See you all there this morning straight from the Nursery drop off :)

Thank you to all the parents and grandparents who took time out of their busy days to accompany the blue class children on our annual Christmas walk to Morton Church.
Without the support of families these special walks and visits into our local community wouldn't be possible! The nursery school is buzzing with Christmas excitement.
