About the Role:
We are looking for a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Childminder Assistant to join our childcare setting. You will support the childminder in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children of varying ages.

Requirements:
• A genuine passion for working with children
• Patience, reliability, and a positive attitude
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic understanding of child development (preferred but not essential)
• First Aid qualification (desirable)
