Winter Solstice Nidra was so lovely last month, so I thought I'd offer another online event. It's FREE! everyone is welcome and included (donations are always welcome, but no obligation)🙏🏽 This session will be a centring, grounding and connecting process, to attune with your seat of knowing and receive deep intuitions and direction for your year ahead. Yoga practice every fricken day my friends… micro practice every day is easier and better than mammoth sessions here and there. Get daily and regulate your nervous system, mood and mind, heal pain and maintain your amazing body! It’s a living machine after all 🙏🏽 I’ve done it for years and I have all the tips and tricks for you to do it too. Join me on retreat in April, June, August, September or November or book an individual session. Whatever time you put in, your practice will give you back tenfold at least, so it’s good business sense too.

This last week of the year could be a time to consider our values, what the heart truly desires and where we may be lacking in life. Sometimes we end up filling this lack with consumerism, Netflix and addictions, when what we really crave is more space, connection, purpose, peace of mind and creativity.

These are all things that I desire and why I am motivated to organise weekend retreats. I love to create welcoming spaces for us to come together, ensuring the best conditions for these elements to emerge and flow with ease.

In 2023 I will be running 5 retreats in: Coastal Norfolk, Dorset, Somerset and Dartmoor.
Three are Yoga & Creativity based weekends (2 or 3 nights) and two are collaborations with artist and sound healer Susie Self.
