It’s the start of August and these hot days just keep coming!

We’d like to say a huge THANK YOU to all of you who have persevered, put your trust in us, and kept coming to classes.

Of Course, as professionals, we know how to adapt to the extreme weather conditions, and we can and do still provide high quality classes.

We do this to look after you and us and to keep everyone moving still - because we know how vital it is!

Hang on to these hot days - before you know it, the blanket will be back up, the heaters will be on and we’ll all be moaning about the drafts 😉

Pilates and yoga have a do the double special pass - only £14 for BOTH classes. With Natalie Coleman
Zumba is at the slightly earlier time of 6pm with Michelle Alden so you have time to get home and enjoy the evening.
