little mindset shifting we can all help to change the devestating effects that fast fashion is having on our world. I believe that self connection is the most powerful tool that we all have at the tip of our fingers. By doing so we can make huge shifts in our lives the people around us and globally. By taking the time too slow down dig deep and see what feelings are getting in the way of us feeling happy and expressed. We can be happier, transforming relationships with family and friends. We can make better choices about what we buy, knowing that the things we invest in are things we are going to love and bring us joy. If everyone did this it would have a huge effect on the issues were experiencing with fast fashion like the huge amounts of wastage, slave labour and global economy & environmental issues.
