Tri.Art Dance Academy offers classes in Classical Ballet, Tap, Modern, Jazz, Acrobatic Arts and Contemporary; led by Principle Amy Morgan-Bell. Classes are held in Frome within a bespoke dance studio with two spacious dance rooms. Tri.art Dance offers a full spectrum of examination led classes alongside recreational classes aimed to inspire creativity and build confidence, technique and performanc
e skills. We also host monthly workshops for aspiring young dancers, and monthly performing arts classes. Tri.Art Theatre School @ The Merlin is based at the Merlin Theatre, Frome. It offers Drama and Musical Theatre classes for children and young people in a positive, supportive environment, focusing on inspiring and developing creativity. Taught by professional arts practitioners, the classes will provide students with a range of life skills which are valuable not only in performance but in every-day situations by boosting confidence, communication and self awareness. Tri.Art Dance Academy uniform is compulsory and there is a strict grooming policy in place. Uniform is available to order - please go to the tri.art.co.uk website for more details. Tri.Art Theatre School Sweatshirts and T Shirts may be purchased but are not compulsory. Students must wear loose comfortable clothing (seasonal) and jazz shoes. Examinations:
Examinations for Tri.art Dance Academy will be entered through the Royal Academy of Dance (rad.org.uk) and the Imperial Society for Teachers of Dance (istd.org.uk) and Acrobatic Arts (acrobatic arts.com)
Although Tri.Art Theatre School is not exam led, students may have the option to take part in the Arts Award
