⚠️ IMPORTANT UPDATE – FROME LESSON CANCELLED TODAY! ☀️🥵

I hate to do it, but today’s Frome lesson is cancelled this afternoon—because even our toughest martial artists would turn into melting ice lollies in this extreme heat! 🧊🍦

Your little ones’ safety always comes first: high temperatures make overheating and dehydration a real risk, so pushing through just isn’t worth it. Let’s keep them cool, happy and healthy instead!

💡 Quick ninja hot weather safety tips for the kids:
✅ Sip cool water regularly – don’t wait until you’re thirsty!
✅ Stick to shade or indoors during the hottest part of the day
✅ Wear light, loose clothes and slap on that sun cream if you go out
✅ Keep activity gentle – save the high-energy moves for when it cools down!
