We are pleased to announce the launch of two brand new courses here at JetEx Simulation.

Our new Future Flyers Course is designed for young people aged 12 to 18 who have an interest in aviation, flight simulation, or a future career as a pilot.

Delivered in person at our facility in Frome, the course includes a pre flight briefing from a qualified pilot, a minimum of two hours in our full motion Boeing 737 simulator, and a post flight debrief covering useful next steps and further information about the aviation industry.

We are also pleased to launch our Boeing 737 Virtual Type Rating, a fully structured course for serious flight simmers, aspiring pilots and aviation enthusiasts who want to develop a much deeper understanding of Boeing 737 operations.

The Virtual Type Rating includes approximately 25 hours in the simulator, around 10 hours of ground school and briefings, course materials and a completion certificate. Upon completing the course, participants are also eligible for our JetEx “Pilot Pool”, where they can take advantage of lower cost flying, group sessions and more.

Both courses are now available to book or enquire about through the JetEx Simulation website.

Another fantastic few days in our simulator, especially with Robert and John joining us for a 2 hour session, and they certainly came dressed for the occasion!

With one of the pair holding an FAA ATPL and the other coming from a less experienced background, it was a great reminder that the simulator is just as enjoyable for experienced pilots as it is for newcomers. It also made for a fun challenge adapting to a very different type of aircraft.
