Get to know our Frome Town CrossFit members! Our members’ lives look so different on a day to day basis… nurses, teachers, parents, dog parents… but they all have one thing in common: coming to CrossFit is the highlight of their day!

For our members, Frome Town CrossFit is so much more than a gym. It’s a community of normal people, showing up, working hard and having fun together 🌟💪🏼

SEPTEMBER at Frome Town CrossFit ✅

What a great month inside and outside of the gym! We kicked things off with our yearly bike ride in the New Forest which was such a fun day out!

Several of our members competed at Omni Games, for many of whom it was their first comp. You all absolutely smashed it 🔥💪🏼

Throughout the month our members have achieved amazing things inside the gym, pushing themselves and supporting each other always. Outside of the gym, Coach Bianca and member Emily took on challenges of their own, well done both! 🌟

We can’t wait to see what’s in store for October… 🎃

🔥 WHAT A DAY AT OMNI | 24 Hour Devizes Gym 🔥

Yesterday we headed over to Omni for an awesome day of competition! 💪

A massive well done to everyone who competed — some seriously tough workouts, big efforts and plenty of moments where you had to dig deep! 👏🔥

Competitions aren’t just about where you finish on the leaderboard. They’re about testing yourself, stepping outside your comfort zone and seeing what you can do when the pressure is on.

Really proud of everyone who represented Frome Town CrossFit ❤️🖤

And a huge thank you to the team at Omni for putting on such a great event. Brilliant atmosphere, great people and a cracking day all round.
