Quill Paper Scissors Quirky lino-printed cards, bunting,
and rustic wooden houses. I love experimenting with paper and lettering to create my unique lino printed cards & bunting.

My new passion is making rustic wooden houses from recycled offcuts of wood. Quill Paper Scissors is about simple original designs, using paper and ink and wood.

I thought these toadstool houses would sell well at the Autumn market , but no it was a sell out instead of beach huts and Christmas decorations. In fact a few customers ended up with a beach hut a pack of Christmas cards and a house decoration all in one bag. It was a great day at Norton Priory Museum & Gardens on Sunday, so thanks to all who came along.

I'm delighted to be attending the Orchard Festival at Norton Priory on Sunday. It's a lovely venue with lots of family friendly activities happening over the weekend. I'll be at the Artisan market on Sunday with lots of quirky houses and cards all waiting to be adopted 😊🏠

Last week I ran a mini house workshop for the ladies of Frodsham WI. They certainly rose to the challenge of creating these cute cotton reels houses, with 35 ladies taking part. It was great to see how they all managed to create a unique house.

Thanks Chester for a great day yesterday at the market - it was a good combination of sunny and not windy. Lots of people came out to enjoy the sunshine and there were lots of house adoptions. Beach hut kits were the best seller of the day, but it was a real mix. Sales were a bit of a random combination of Christmas cards, beach huts and caravans, with the odd Scandi house thrown in for good measure. 😊🏠

I'm not sure what you call a group of caravans, but here's a cute collection of them. They make a great gift for caravan lovers, or just as a lovely addition to your desk to store pencils. This cheery caravan group is packed up ready for my next event at The Makers Market in Chester on Saturday. They're ready and waiting to be adopted.
