Cheshire Kung Fu

Cheshire Kung Fu Classes are on Monday's 7pm to 8:30pm at Frodsham Community Centre) Adults class but over 13's are very welcome too.

Wing chun - A Chinese Martial Art popularised by Bruce Lee, We teach the very same syllabus as was taught to Bruce Lee by the Great Grandmaster Yip Man. As part of the Chinese Kung Fu Organisation under Master Tong Lui, Students are taught to a high level of skill and attention to detail. All levels of fitness are welcome, you do not need to be mega fit to do wing chun and through training fitness and weight loss can easily be achieved. Have fun learning this amazing art form in a relaxed pace.
