It’s been a busy day for the Owls class today 🦉

Year 6 have been out on their Bikeability sessions and even cycled down to Lytham windmill this afternoon. 🚲

Back in class, the Year 5’s have been busy baking traditional Greek biscuits. 🍪

A fantastic evening of netball for a fabulous group of our Year 5/6 children at Carr Hill High School tonight!

The children showed excellent sportsmanship, played some brilliant netball and, most importantly, they loved every minute of having the opportunity to compete against other schools. It was wonderful to see their enthusiasm, teamwork and enjoyment throughout the evening! 👏🏐

A huge thank you to Carr Hill High School for hosting another fantastic event. Our children thoroughly enjoyed themselves! 🎉

Thank you to all the parents who supported us on the sidelines 🥰

⚽️🏆 WHAT AN AFTERNOON FOR OUR FOOTBALL TEAM! 🏆⚽️

What an incredible second leg of our after-school football tournament at AFC Fylde, Kirkham, organised by Carr Hill High School! 🙌⚽️

Our team were absolutely brilliant, showing skill, teamwork, determination and fantastic sportsmanship throughout the afternoon. After some incredible football, they came away with a fantastic 🥉 3RD PLACE! 🥉

A HUGE thank you to all the parents who came along and gave the team amazing support from the sidelines — your encouragement really made a difference! 👏📣

A special thank you to Charlie’s dad for all your help and support along the way — it was very much appreciated! 💙

🌟 What a fantastic achievement from the whole team! 🌟
You represented school brilliantly, and we couldn’t be prouder of every single one of you! 👏⚽️
Well done, team Holy Family🥉⚽️💪

Last week, Ladybirds Class were focusing in phonics on the letter p. 📚

Miss Coward remembered a perfect donation which had been given over the summer holidays and went to retrieve it. The children couldn't wait to see!

These pirate treasure chests were very kindly donated by Sally Elliott following a memorial event for her brother Paul Fiddler.

We were all delighted to see inside each chest was a patch, some golden pennies, a pen, a pirate hat and other things to help us to use the letter p! 🏴‍☠️✏️

The children loved them and left school with a treasure chest each, repeating the sound p.. p.. p.. when showing their families what they had received. 💙

Thank you again to Sally for the kind donation 🥰
