🙌 Sessions are delivered by our amazing community volunteers from Westend Bowling Club who create fun, safe, and welcoming opportunities for children to get active, try something new and build confidence.

We are delighted to welcome the nursery pupils back on Monday. 😀

Look at our amazing newly renovated space.

It was a pleasure meeting so many wonderful pupils and parents during our open sessions this week.

It will be a brilliant place to learn, play, and grow together.

Our amazing staff team has worked tirelessly over the past few weeks to unpack, organize, and transform this space into an inspiring, safe, and exciting environment.

We are so excited to finally share this fantastic facility with your pupils and families.

As we start a new school year, we’re looking to welcome some new members to our Parent Council! 😊

Being part of the Parent Council can sometimes seem like a bigger commitment than it actually is. We meet officially just 4 times a year, and we completely understand that everyone is busy and has other commitments, there is no expectation that you will be able to attend every meeting.

There are also lots of other ways you can get involved, such as helping out at school events, discos and other activities throughout the year.

A PVG would be required, and we would love to welcome any new members who would like to get involved and support our school community.

At present, our committee consists of:

Chairperson: Sima Ironside

Secretary: Zoe Patterson

Treasurer: Anneka Niro

We also currently have lots of lovely parents and carers that make up the complete parent council.

The role of Treasurer will also be becoming available, so if this is something you might be interested in, we’d be happy to have a chat and tell you a bit more about what’s involved.

💙💙Welcone Back to St Andrews School TERM 1 2026-2027💙💙

Welcome back, we are so excited to see all of our pupils tomorrow. 😍

We look forward to welcoming all of our P2-P7 pupils back to the Main building and we can’t wait to meet our new P1 pupils over in the newly refurbished building. P1 to enter on Albert Street. Please see video for reference. 🏫 🎥

We hope you have all enjoyed the summer holidays and are looking forward to the term ahead. Our staff have been busy in school preparing for your return. 😀

🚨 🚘 Please be mindful of safety and local residents around the school. Please park in an appropriate place, although we encourage all pupils to park and stride when possible. 🚶 🚶‍♀️ 🚲 🛴 this will ease congestion and safety.

Finally - we wish all our former P7 pupils a great day as they begin their journey at Fraserburgh Academy. 🍀

We hope you’re all enjoying the summer holidays! ☀️

We just wanted to share this lovely photo of some of our Primary 7 leavers with their yearbooks.

These yearbooks are normally funded by us, but this year the full cost was very kindly donated by the parents of one of our P7 pupils.

We would like to extend a huge thank you to Lee and Michelle Sinclair for their generosity. Your kind donation ensured that every P7 leaver received a special keepsake to remember their time at school. We are incredibly grateful for your support. 💙
