🌊 The last week, ready for work as of Monday. The HSE Surface Supplied Top-Up Course is the ultimate air diving qualification. This 1-week program takes your existing inshore qualifications and transforms you into a potential offshore commercial diver. The course covers Wet Bell deployments using a Launch and Recovery Systems (LARS), hot water suit operations for demanding environments, emergency rescue drills including diver recovery and backup air systems & dive panels to run topside control operations. Prerequisite: Valid HSE Surface Supplied qualification. Outcome: Worldwide industry recognition and employment potential. Don’t let your career plateau inshore. Not really sure the hot water suits were needed this week ☀️🥵☀️. The very best of luck to you all, don’t be strangers 👍

Week 10 of 10 💥 👊 💥 The is probably the most sought after ticket - most of these lads have been with us from the start of their training. Only 4 more days left before they scatter to find work. This week sees them using the wetbell & hot water suits (thankfully it’s not quite as warm down west as the rest of the country 🥵☀️🥵). Keep going, nearly there 👏👏👏. Next week we are straight back in with a standalone course and another full house Kirby Morgan Technicians Course. 🔧🛠️🔧

The end of last week saw the course taking a trip to to have the opportunity to visit a ship in a dry dock. The students got to see various vessels with a variety of propulsion systems gaining a good insight into a busy dock yard. It won’t be long before they are putting their skills into practice as commercial divers. 😁

Eeek - it’s been a while! 🙈 Social media seems to have taken a back seat! The surface supplied course is well underway, week 3, tools ☑️ surface deco ☑️ (nearly) and deep week approaching with dives down towards 50m . All going according to plan ✅ Did you know we are also an RYA Training Centre? 🚤 Students complete the Powerboat Level 2 qualification during their 10 week course enhancing employability if they continue to gain experience and their commercial endorsement. We operate 16 vessels across our 2 companies - a skippers ticket is a fantastic transferable skill to work towards. We can also conduct the 1 day RYA Marine Radio SRC Course & Exam
