Another great Fowey Royal Sailing Regatta completed - read all about it here.

This year's regatta held 16-23 August was full of variety and saw great competition in all the classes. Held almost every year since 1819, it is the highlight of the year in Fowey and is held in conjunction with the town carnival.

Not long till Fowey Royal Sailing Regatta! Cruisers can enjoy a full seven days with a mix of coastal and regatta racing. The first coastal race is from Plymouth to Fowey on 16 August - an ideal ‘feeder’ race for the whole event for boats planning to make the trip from Devon or even further east.

The end of May bank holiday weekend saw the annual Fowey River Dinghy Championship Races. The weekend was greeted with even more excitement than usual (if that's possible!) since it was the celebration of 75 years since the inception of this class.

Great start to the Fowey cruiser coastal racing series to St Mawes.

The Fowey Cruiser Fleet launched its 2025 coastal series in glorious conditions, with the first of five races taking crews from Fowey to St Mawes. Sunshine and a steady breeze made for a cracking day on the water.
