Thank you for all your kind donations so far.
You may be aware, that we have a Ukranian family in our school. This brings the events of the conflict much closer to us all and the children are keen to continue efforts to aid the many people affected by displacement due to the destruction of their homes and lives. We are working with the family, who are directly involved with Polish and Ukranian humanitarian groups sending much needed supplies to the Polish border for further distribution. The family has supplied an updated list of items needed which we are collecting at school, please bring donations to us during school hours.
They need:
Plasters, bandages, emergency foil blankets for children, ointment for burns for children, band-aid, nappies, soothers, baby feeding bottles, wet wipes, sterile wipes, milk powder, water, food with a long date, baby food, matches, batteries, torches, Walkie Talkies, power banks.

The children in Tregeagle class are collecting donations for the people displaced by the conflict in Ukraine. We have been given a list of specific items needed. The items are needed urgently, so if you are able to donate any of these, please deliver them to school by Friday 3pm so we can pass them on to the official collectors on Saturday morning.
We are looking for donations of:
Water purifying tablets, space blankets, bandages, burn ointment, antiseptic liquids, crutches and Band Aids.

Due to Storm Eunice, we are closing school Friday 18th February. Please look out for an email from your child's teacher Friday morning to explain the day's learning. Please stay safe.

We have launched our Extreme Reading Competition to find the readers in our school who love reading so much, they simply have to read anywhere! We are looking forward to some innovative entries before the closing date on November 3rd 2021. We will announce the winners in a special assembly on Friday 5th November.

Captain Tom 100
We are supporting the campaign and all children will be completing a 100 challenge on Friday. It can be anything from 100 catches with a ball, writing a 100 word story, answering 100 maths questions or singing 100 songs :)
