Scottish Orienteering is offering introduction to orienteering sessions at Inverness UHI campus after which participants will get free entry to two local events.

SFA Introduction To Coaching

Venue: Dingwall Academy

Date: Friday 11th September

Time: 10am-3pm

Age: 16 years and over (Boys and Girls). Aimed
primarily at Active Schools volunteers, including Young Leaders and Adult Helpers. Also, pupils volunteering with a local football club or school club.

Cost: Free for active schools’ volunteers and pupils
volunteering with a local football club or school club. Any others to be discussed with High Life Highland.

Summer Cricket 🏏

This morning we had Paul from Northern Counties Cricket Club visit Fortrose to deliver a Cricket session.

The group practiced fielding, bowling and batting. We finished off with a great game at the end.

Cricket at Cromarty 🏏 🌞

We had a great session with Paul from Northern Counties Cricket Club yesterday out at Cromarty with Cromarty Youth Cafe. Paul covered all the fundamental skills, Feilding, Bowling and Batting with some fun and engaging games at the end encompassing all the new skills learnt. Everyone did great with one amazing catch from a feilder!
