Angela Manno, one of our wonderful speakers at our October Conference, created the most beautiful oracle cards, capturing the sacredness of nature through icons of endangered species. In her session she will tell us more about the deeper meaning of the oracle deck and we will get the opportunity to attune to a card, learn about the plant or animal we’ve received, share about our experience and find out how we can take inspired action to protect all life on our beautiful, beloved planet we call home. 🍕Pizza for Planet 🌍

The welcome group has vastly transformed areas of The Park that used to look scruffy. For example the building which has now been transformed into Pizza for Planet, by Fabio Villani. Just as he promised at the EF meeting on the 21st of April! Go Fabio! 🥳💖

It is wonderful to walk by during our lovely late summer evenings and see happy people eating yummy pizzas!

A Cèilidh for a Cause! 💃🎻

What a night! Our Cèilidh for Universal Hall on Saturday 22 August brought 70+ people together to dance their hearts out – and raised just over £900 for the Hall!

There’s something wonderfully simple and refreshing about dancing together. For a little while, we stop being individuals and become a roomful of people moving, laughing and sharing the same rhythm.

Our recent ceilidh was a beautiful reminder that community isn’t just something we build – it’s something we feel. Sometimes, all it takes is good music, a dance floor and the willingness to join in.

A true Cèilidh for a cause – community, music, dancing and fundraising all under one roof. Here’s to more moments that bring us together. ❤️

A huge thank you to Jonathan Caddy for calling the dances, and to Chris, Willie and Jacqui of Reel Scotch Cèilidh Band for generously donating their musical talents and playing for free. And, of course, thank you to everyone who came along, danced, laughed and helped make it such a joyful evening!

This is the second in the Phoenix Rising series of 5 (following on from ‘Economics as if life Matters‘ at Easter, along with future conferences around the other dimensions of sustainability: culture, social, and integral dynamics) which focus on how to create successful communities using the Ecovillage curriculum taught globally, but with a focus on Ecovillage Findhorn.

We will showcase real world solutions to many of the problems we face, and to create a bath of love through music and movement and connection to Nature. There are 14 fabulous presenters and the main part of the event will be live streamed on 17/18/19 October.This is where we need our community! A conference like this really comes alive when people are there in the room, taking part, making conversations.
