This free half‑day course gives you practical, evidence‑based skills to support someone at risk of su***de. You’ll learn how to:
✔️ Recognise when someone may be at risk
✔️ Ask directly and listen with confidence
✔️ Understand how attitudes and stigma affect safety
✔️ Work with the person and those around them to help keep them safe
✔️ Use problem‑solving and self‑help techniques to reduce immediate risk
Delivered by peer‑trainers with lived and living experience, this course helps you feel prepared, grounded, and able to respond safely when it matters most.
